Level window
Party Quest EXP is best when the quest level still matters.
Use the Party Quest's displayed level as the first filter. If the quest is close to your character level or higher than your current Chapter Hunt efficiency, it deserves a timed check. If you have already outgrown the quest, treat it as accessory farming.
Start with the Party Quest closest to your current character and chapter progress.
Time several clears. Include queue, re-entry, and failed-run friction if that is normal for you.
Convert both Party Quest and Chapter Hunt into EXP per minute before deciding.
Once Party Quest no longer wins on EXP, keep it only if you still need the accessory drops.
The Discord Party Quest discussion points to early Slime Party Quest as useful around its level window, and Very Hard Ludibrium Party Quest as a stronger level-100-ish EXP window that can be on par with or better than online AFK while also giving necklace attempts.
EXP compare
Measure what your account is actually getting.
You do not need a copied calculator table for the main decision. Use the game's reward and EXP screens, then compare like for like: same buffs, same amount of time, and the same realistic amount of attention.
Keep or skip
EXP is not the only reason to keep running it.
Party Quest can still be worth your time after the EXP falls off if the accessory slot is weak. If your ring, necklace, or face accessory is already a strong 3-line piece, the Discord route becomes much less urgent because Party Quest is not also feeding the same broader rewards as normal farming.
