Fight route
My route is to stay alive first, then add damage where the run survives.
My basic rule here is simple: a dead character does not contribute DPS. Guild Zakum damage ramps as the fight goes on, so when a run fails I first check whether the account is dying before its stats can work through the full fight.
Gear setup
I prioritize survivability instead of blind full damage.
Even if the stat sheet looks strange, I would mix in survivability gear such as Max HP when Guild Zakum is killing you. The better setup is not always the highest damage preview. It is the setup that keeps you alive long enough to keep attacking.
Compare the same run with one or two survival pieces swapped in. If the score rises because you live longer, keep the survival setup until damage is the real limiter again.
Companion setup
I use companion pages for passive effects, not summon timing.
You cannot summon companions in Guild Zakum, but their passive on-equip effects still help your character. I choose the main page by the stat the account needs, then fill sub pages with the strongest matching effects owned.

Max Multiplier Damage
I skip Fire/Poison if Critical Rate is already capped. Keep Max Multiplier Damage higher than Min Multiplier Damage, and do not use Ice/Lightning or Marksman as default Guild Zakum picks.
Artifact setup
Start with Zakum's Stone Piece and Hexagon Necklace.
For Guild Zakum, I only recommend two core artifacts: Zakum's Stone Piece and Hexagon Necklace. Use other artifacts as fillers if you are missing them, but keep the survival-first logic in mind.
Ranked core order: Zakum's Stone Piece first, then Hexagon Necklace. Fill missing slots with what you own, but keep the run survival check as the deciding rule.
I do not default Star Rock while the character is dying. The boss damage is tempting, but the increased damage taken can lower the final score if it cuts the run short.
Common mistakes
Most bad Guild Zakum runs fail before the damage plan pays off.
- Do not confuse this with Boss Raid - Zakum. Guild Zakum has its own survival and guild-score logic.
- Do not blindly stack damage. Damage only counts if the character lives through the ramp.
- Do not plan around companion summons. Use companion pages for passive effects here.
- Do not default Star Rock while dying. The extra damage taken can be the reason the run collapses.
Run checklist
I check the wall before changing the build.
